TSC Real Estate is contracted to manage the NH Sant’Antonio located in the center of the area between Milan, Turin, and Genoa in the municipality of Basaluzzo (AL). The Facility is set within a prestigious and highly livable context, surrounded by more than 12,000 square meters of tree-lined lawns and with the presence of safe paths for the guests staying there. The facility consists of the main building divided into several wings which have spacious single and double rooms for a total of 111 beds, all accredited by the Piedmont Region. The management of the building is entrusted to La Villa Group, which has been operating since 1996 in the healthcare and social setting with the aim of providing residential and daycare services to the elderly or disabled adults.
